Who We Are
 

The Kosovo Sovereignty and Security Forum is an independent foreign policy and security organisation dedicated to advancing Kosovo’s sovereignty, democratic resilience and Euro-Atlantic integration.
 

We produce evidence-based research, policy analysis and strategic recommendations on the political, security and geopolitical challenges facing Kosovo and the Western Balkans. By bringing together researchers, policymakers, civil society and international partners, we seek to promote informed debate and practical solutions that strengthen regional stability and uphold the principles of international law.
 

Our work is founded on the belief that a secure, democratic and internationally integrated Kosovo is essential not only for the prosperity of its citizens but also for the long-term stability of Southeast Europe.

 

Our Mission
 

Our mission is to strengthen Kosovo’s security and sovereignty through independent research, policy engagement and public dialogue.
 

We aim to improve understanding of the strategic challenges facing Kosovo, develop practical policy recommendations for governments and international institutions, and encourage greater cooperation between Kosovo and its democratic partners.

 

What We Do
 

Our work focuses on four core areas:

• Research: Publishing reports, briefing papers and analysis on security, foreign policy, defence, democracy and regional affairs.

• Policy Engagement: Working with governments, parliamentarians, diplomats and international organisations to develop effective policy responses.

• Public Dialogue: Organising conferences, lectures, panel discussions and expert roundtables that encourage informed debate on Kosovo and wider European security.

• Education and Outreach: Supporting the next generation of policy professionals through educational initiatives, public events and partnerships with universities and civil society.
