Insecurity in Kosovo is currently at its highest level since the 1999 NATO intervention. With the conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East dominating government agendas for the past three years, the declining security situation in Kosovo has been overlooked.

Our Forum calls on the UK Government to change its foreign policy position and conduct a diplomatic and military reset. The UK must act now to counter the threat posed by Serbia to regional peace and security. Only through a twin track approach of greater Euro-Atlantic integration and improved bi-lateral military guarantees will the threat from Serbia be negated.
